As a coach, Alina has gained experience with youth teams of various ages since 2016. At DJR, she leads the Saturday Soccer School, conducts 1-on-1 sessions, and coaches the U9s girls team at Richmond Park FC. She emphasises the importance of mastering the basics and designs her sessions to ensure that every player, regardless of their ability, benefits. Having played football at different levels, from grassroots to semi-professional, Alina has gained extensive knowledge not only of footballing skills but also of diverse coaching approaches and player types. While her goal is to develop her players into the best footballers they can be, she also views football as a powerful tool for character-building and strives to impart valuable life skills to her players.
